WHAT HAPPENS IN 40 MINUTES

We will be live on Zoom & you will experience the same practice Ella runs with private clients.

This work uses Divine Optimization Energetics, Sacred Activations, and quantum frequencies to work directly with the physical body across multiple dimensions of the system.

  • Fascia release. The connective tissue holds accumulated stress, tension, and stagnant energy. The session clears what's been stored there.

  • Cellular renewal. The cells receive an activation that supports their natural capacity to regenerate and repair.

  • Inflammation reduction. Working with the energetic root of inflammatory patterns rather than the symptom.

  • Hormonal recalibration. Cortisol, thyroid, adrenals, and the broader hormonal network come back into coherence.

  • Nervous system stabilization. The nervous system is recalibrated to hold the shifts that come through during the healing.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. You can keep your video off the entire time. Many people prefer to lie down or close their eyes during the session.

What if I can't make it live?

Everyone who registers gets replay access through midnight EDT on August 23. The replay link will be emailed on August 16th. You will also have the option to purchase lifetime access to the recording throughout your experience.

Do I need any experience with energy healing?

No. Ella runs the work whether you're new to this or have been practicing for decades. Nothing is required of you during the session.

Will I have a chance to work with Ella personally?

This is a group experience. However, Ella runs private and group sessions and will share ways to continue working with her if you're interested. There's no obligation to purchase anything to receive the full benefit of the Body Blueprint Reset itself.

What if I've never done anything like this before?

The session works the same regardless of your background. You don't need to prepare, believe anything specific, or bring a particular mindset. You show up, settle in, and receive.
